From Tight Site to Triumph: Engineering Innovation Creates Springville Flagship

Legacy had very tight site restrictions to meet the square footage goals. The site required large amounts of fill so innovative drainage methods were utilized to minimize the cost. The project involved coordination with the railroad for extension of a rail spur. Spring creek also traverses the site and had to be accommodated for flood stage flows. In the end, working with Springville City, Union Pacific Railroad, and the Utah Division of Water produced a flagship project.
