1200 West

1200 West was planned as Springvilles main north/south Arterial on the west side of town. This road has been in the works for years. Atlas was chosen to design a major section due to the history of our staff with adjacent developments and existing City infrastructure. There were significant soil issues and coordination with a large overhead power corridor. This five lane road will provide increased access to west side homes and businesses and relieve traffic from smaller local roads. This road implements the forward-thinking planning of Springville City Staff.

The construction of 1200 West signifies a major milestone in Springville’s long-term development strategy. This critical north-south artery will not only alleviate traffic congestion on local roads but also unlock the potential for future growth on the west side of town. The project reflects the city’s commitment to creating a well-connected and efficient transportation network, laying the groundwork for a vibrant and thriving community for years to come.
